Eric Weisberg, M.D.: Born in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Weisberg grew up attending Greenhill preparatory school in Addison, Texas. He was a two time captain of the varsity soccer team and co-MVP his senior year. Accepted at several top universities, Dr. Weisberg chose Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia due to their strength in pre-medicine courses. At Emory University, he enjoyed spending time with his brother, who was also a student there. After completing his degree in economics and finishing his pre-med requirements, Dr. Weisberg chose to stay at Emory University School of Medicine and received his degree in medicine in 2003.
Dr. Weisberg completed his internship in internal medicine at Washington University’s Barnes/Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. The next year, he joined the prestigious dermatology department at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Weisberg finished his dermatology residency in 2007 and is currently board certified in dermatology.
His professional interests are wide and varied but include skin cancer, cosmetic evaluation and procedures, as well as advancing treatments in dermatology and improving customer service within the medical field. He regularly attends local, regional and national dermatology conferences to learn and perfect the most recent techniques. He is a well-known dermatologist who maintains an excellent reputation.
Dr. Weisberg has held the Vice-President position for the Dallas Dermatological Society and is the current 2014 President of the society, which has a dual mission of providing continuing medical education to the dermatology community and giving back to the community through service.
Dr. Eric Weisberg is married to Eleise LaPorta Weisberg, M.D., a board certified pediatrician currently working at Pediatric After Hours in Plano, Texas. The Weisberg's have 3 children and reside in Frisco. They are excited to be a part of the community for years to come.

Dr. Chris Hixon, DO: Dr. Hixon grew up in Blacksburg, Va., where he earned his undergraduate degree in Pre-Medicine and graduate degree in Exercise and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech. Throughout his studies, he developed an interest in medicine and a desire to help others, and earned his medical degree from the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012.
He completed his dermatology training at Lewis Gale Hospital in Blacksburg, Va., where he had the privilege of taking care of patients of all ages and backgrounds. This experience has allowed him to advance his skills and knowledge and inspired him to relocate to North Texas in order to serve a larger more diverse population.
Through his training, Dr. Hixon has developed a great passion for treating acne, psoriasis and management of skin cancers. Attendance at local and national dermatology conferences allows him to stay at the forefront of advances in dermatology and provides patients with the most current dermatological care.
Married to a native Texan, he is looking forward to setting down roots in North Texas with his wife and two spirited children. He is especially looking forward to enjoying everything that Texas has to offer. His personal interests include golf, working out, classic cars and spending time with family.

Jeaneen A. Chappell, MD: Dr. Chappell is a board certified dermatologist who was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampton University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She was prestigiously ranked ninth overall at the University. She returned to her hometown to earn her Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2007.
Dr. Chappell completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she spent time in the Dermatology Department learning about skin of color. Dr. Chappell then moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to complete her Research Fellowship in cosmetic and general dermatology and her Dermatology Residency at St. Louis University Hospital. After residency, Dr. Chappell was selected by the American Academy of Dermatology to complete a Biotechnology Fellowship at Galderma Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.
Dr. Chappell returned to the USA to start her career in private practice. Her research background has enhanced her practice of cosmetic and general dermatology. She has a true eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving. A true people person, she enjoys engaging her patients while developing comprehensive and tailored treatment plans. Dr. Chappell's professional interests include all aspects of general and cosmetic dermatology, including skin of color.
Outside of the office, Dr. Chappell explores various cultures with her daughter through travel, reading, and food. Her other personal interests include photography, dance, and cooking. Her spice cabinet is a grand display of her travels to international markets. Dr. Chappell is excited to have made Dallas, Texas her new home and she looks forward to providing quality care to the community.
Holly Glover, PA-C: Holly was born and raised in west Texas. During high school, Holly was 3A State Champion in golf and excelled in the classroom. Her love for competition drove her to play collegiate golf at Lamar University and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She achieved many athletic awards including NCAA Division III female winner of the Woody Hayes National Scholar-Athlete Award, NCAA Division III Women's Golf National Player of the Year, American Southwest Conference Female Athlete of the Year, ESPN The Magazine Academic First Team All-America, NGCA All- American Scholar-Athlete, and ASC All-Academic. Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science.
After finishing her undergraduate program, Holly worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. Due to an interest in exercise and nutrition, Holly went to Baylor University earning a Master of Science in Education specializing in Exercise Physiology. She spent time teaching in the field of exercise and nutrition at the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor and in the community of Temple, Texas.
Holly has always had a love for science and people. She decided to combine the two and become a physician assistant. She attended the University of Texas at Southwestern physician assistant studies program; and after graduating from UT Southwestern, Holly worked at Children's Medical Center in gastroenterology as well as Medical City Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. Holly is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Holly has a broad range of interests within the field of dermatology, including but not limited to skin cancer, pediatric dermatology, and surgical dermatology. Holly is excited to join our practice to serve patients of all ages and dermatological needs!

Rachel Reid, PA-C: Rachel grew up in a farming community in Western Kentucky. The daughter of a pharmacist & professor, she has had a longstanding interest in science. After high school, she attended Murray State University and soon developed a growing interest in human medicine while volunteering at a clinic for the medically underserved. She graduated magna cum laude, earning a B.S. in Liberal Arts with a dual focus in biology and psychology. She then traveled to Charleston, SC to attend the Medical University of South Carolina and graduated magna cum laude, earning her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
After graduation she joined the US Army to continue a family tradition of serving during wartime. While in the Army she served as the primary provider for a 600 soldier unit, delivering comprehensive health care both on Fort Riley, KS and deployed in support of Operation New Dawn to Kirkuk, Iraq. Rachel acquired experience in the management of dermatology conditions including acne, skin infections, and psoriasis. When her initial Army commitment came to an end, Rachel knew that she wanted to practice dermatology full time. She spent a year developing her skills at a dermatology practice in Florida before moving to Texas and joined Precision Dermatology in February 2015.
Rachel is nationally certified by the NCCPA and is licensed by the Texas Medical Board. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She is licensed to examine, diagnose, and treat skin disorders and most enjoys treating general dermatology conditions, precancerous skin changes, and skin cancer. Rachel is also a Diplomate with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the highest credential a Dermatology PA can achieve.
Rachel and her husband Josh, a web developer and Navy veteran, live in Carrollton, TX. Her personal interests include quilting, reading, gardening, and traveling with her husband.
Antonis Markou, PA-C: Tony recently relocated to Texas from New Jersey and is currently residing in Dallas. He is looking forward helping patients improve the health of their skin and is excited to becoming further established in the community.
Tony was born and raised in Toms River, NJ as a first generation American; he is fluent in the Greek-Cypriot language and has a strong cultural background.
Tony had a long-standing passion to study medicine and join the medical field as a Physician Assistant. At a young age he volunteered over 500 hours at a local community hospital as well as a children’s specialized hospital which reaffirmed his interest in medicine. He also loved art, and concluded that dermatology is like a form of abstract art, in that, skin conditions may present themselves very differently. Having the knowledge to identify these different skin disorders is what drew Tony to the field of dermatology.
He attended Georgian Court University with an academic scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He completed a Medical Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, cum laude, at Salus University, located in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
Tony is nationally certified by the NCCPA and is licensed by the state of Texas to practice as a physician assistant. He is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honors Society. He is skilled and licensed to perform full skin exams, diagnose and treat skin conditions.
He enjoys many activities such as hiking, kayaking, swimming and traveling. He visits Cyprus regularly, where he enjoys the company of relatives and eating Mediterranean foods.
